Victor was prompt and very nice. Fixed my exact issue immediately. My only piece of feedback for the app is I wish they exposed some more of the branding colors in the free version (ie body text, date color) in addition to the star color.
This review app is so easy to understand and the customer support is very responsive. Only using the free version at present but plan on the paid version once my store gets going.
Jess was incredibly helpful! She helped me install the app and have it functioning within 20 mins. Easy to communicate with and explained everything with ease. She listened to my feedback and we worked together to design the review widget exactly as i wanted on my store. I think Jess deserves a raise!!! Such a great person representing your business.
