Great customer service and easy app to use.
Nice, but no multi-language support. They will tell you to install another app to to the transalation, but this is probably conflicting with the existing transaltion app on your Shopify Website and doesn't solve the problem with the emails to be sent to customers asking for reviews.
It's 2023 and multi-language support should not be a pain.
Please guys, improve your app.

Just started using so not sure how it'll go but so far pretty straightforward. I was getting caught up on a few things because of my custom code but Gena was extremely helpful and patient. She was able to fix several things on her end for me and explained how to do quite a bit more.
Abraão was extremely kind, he helped me export the files and get them displayed on my website. I am satisfied with the customer service, and the application seems to be excellent.
