This is first time I used Judge.me. The representative, Soufiane, helped me going through the process and migrated reviews from old app to Judge.me app. I really appreciate his help! I already had a great start with Judge.me through his service!
A few minutes after installing the app, I was offered live free help from customer support. They came in and set everything up for me so I didn't have to try and figure it out. Highly recommend.
Just installed the app so I couldn't say 5 starts right now. However I can say that the customer service experience has been wonderful. Abraão was fantastic and was able to assist me in the installation in minutes.
If the app is anything like the team, this is going to work out perfectly.
