Cassiano and Victor helped me install the review snippet to my outdated theme. There was no "typically responds in 2 hours or more" message, they were immediately available and that's one of the things I really love about using this app. The different ways to show social proof across my website in a professional, cohesive way is unmatched. Had a issue with the centering a widget on a page. Contacted support got a reply with a simple resolution in about 9 hrs. Ending up being some conflicting code my team put in place in error. Couldn't ask for better support service than that!
