I wanted to share my experience with the Judge.me app on Shopify because I've been genuinely impressed. I've been using it for a few months and it's become a vital part of my store's credibility.

The Real Star: The Customer Support: I had a question about Rich Snippets the other day, and the support I received was excellent. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful, understood my problem quickly, and guided me through the solution. It's rare to get that kind of responsive and helpful support, and it made a big difference. It’s one of the reasons I am writing this review.

While the free version is great, the design customization options are limited. You'll need the paid plan to really make the reviews match your store's branding.

The sheer number of features in the paid plan can be a little overwhelming at first. It might take some time to explore and understand all the options.

Judge.me has been a positive addition to my Shopify store. It's helped me build trust with potential customers and increase conversions. While the paid plan has its benefits, the free version is a great starting point. But honestly, what really sets it apart is the responsive and helpful customer support. If you're looking for a solid review app with great support, Judge.me is definitely worth considering. It’s a good all around solid app.

Great App, for reviews at a reasonable price. We have tried a few reviews apps, always tested out first on the free plan.
Judge Me free plan is pretty good, but once you are ready to step up into the paid plan, you will find it offers everything you need - I am hoping that it will also help with google and SEO.
