Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

We switched from Yotpo to Junip and are beyond thrilled. The pricing, customer service, and functionality of Junip are all 10/10. We highly recommend using this tool to help generate your online reviews!

The Junip platform and customer service have completely amazed me. Previously we used a larger company (who shall not be named), that was triple the price and promised the world, however, their customer service was non-existent. Stuart and Malvina have been incredibly helpful in not only the setup of our new platform but have already initiated the Google syndication process and our platform is now collecting 3x the reviews DAILY than it did with the other platform.
As a company, social proof is everything and the Junip platform makes it easy for customers to upload photo/video in their reviews as quantifiable UGC on your product pages!

The app is so much better than the others like Yotpo, it's super easy to install, you can virtually do everything you want when it comes to reviews, not super expensive and their team is really awesome. They're working around the clock to help you if you have a problem with their software. Can't recommend more!

I made the mistake of just using the basic Shopify Reviews tool instead of investing in a true reviews partner and I feel like this was my worst business move so far. All of the folks who have purchased from me were not automatically asked or encouraged to review the product they purchased. Now when people go to the site to purchase coffee, I'm missing a great conversion lever. Luckily, Junip helped me automatically reach out to all past purchasers to review and a good amount of people entered into the easy reviews flow. If you're trying to figure out what your tech stack is for your store, Junip should be a non-negotiable. Also, Marcus helped me get everything started and he was super easy to work with. This is my favorite Shopify App after being on this platform for over 3 years.

Really pleased with this app. It was easy and straightforward to install. Using the free version and it does what I need it to do.

We switched to Junip after briefly trying out Yotpo for our new Shopify build. Love how easy it is to use, the beautiful UI, that it's hyper focused on reviews and UGC—and the incredibly helpful customer support team

So far I like the app. Haven't explored its full functionality yet so my 5 stars is pretty much overrated. However in terms of the free plan which I've been using, I've definitely been receiving great reviews from my customers based on the automatic product emails. That's definitely a feature that I enjoy. I intend to upgrade to a paid plan and see if that makes a difference in my overall review goals for my store.
