And you are out in the desert ...alone. Their double opt in doesn't work since weeks. Customer support isn't helpful at all. No, even worse: they just denied this fault. Only after I paid a developer who confirmed the Klavyio system having an issue, they admitted there is a bug. Huh.
And then....nothing happens.
Customer support confirmed the bug as fixed. But - what a surprise - it is NOT. No further answers from customer 'support' . I worked on that issue now for several days and just let it go now. Horrible experience. Never again! And: that's a pity, because the features would be nice. Handling too. But if you are impossible to follow the legal requirements and lose leads 't get any help from customer support - its just crap.

I believed the hype! Shame on you Ezra Firestone - there is really nothing special about Klavyio! - pure marketing BS. They do however think they are very special...

I deleted your app from my Shopify store so why did you charge me again?

"Removing our app from your Shopify account does not cancel your Klaviyo account. We are a separate platform from Shopify so you must send a cancellation request to us in order to cancel the Klaviyo account".

WTF! Klavyio was downloaded through Shopify!!!
How is it possible that Shopify have allowed them this lofty station?

The last straw was when we reached out to them for the FIRST time with an elementary trigger split issue. After 6 emails we were thinking we'd entered some parallel existence - they just did not want to extend any help, both the Klavyio peeps JOSH + SEAN were really cagey and unwilling to assist us in any meaningful way - well this is what happens when you neglect a paying customer the way you did guys! I suggest you guys get retrained.

We are really disgusted by your lack of care and arrogant attitude.

Now kindly CANCEL my account.

My account has been disabled for about a month (with the same message that in "maximum" 3 days it will be reviewed), they have removed both the chat and the email support and in the meantime they continue to take my money, nice work guys, congratulations

One of the 3rd class platforms. Their support team is horrible. They do not know how to support their client. I installed their app. This app slows down our website. It is a very big issue. I uninstalled their app. I requested the customer manager to remove your snippet on my thyme file. They do not agree to remove it. I even said you should send me a request to remove the code. They completely declined my request.
I suggest to everyone not to install their app. a lot of better apps on shopify store for email marketing. I will inform the shopify app management team as soon.

I spent hours setting up my account and creating a campaign only to have my account disabled the moment I tried to use it. I'm still trying to figure out what happened. Complete waste of time!

Why does it keep on sending klavio logo??? I have paid, and it says it's turned off. I have also tried to add my logo, but it keeps on showing the Facebook messanger icon as a logo.

Trying to do something as simple as send a email campaign to everyone on my mailing list for black friday is a nightmare. The system wants you to chose a group for your campaign that does't allow for EVERYONE. Running a business only allows you to allocate so much time to try and figure out a app. This app may have merits but it makes it very hard to do a very simple thing.

Don't bother, just tried to send out the email announcing the launch of my website to my VIP client list (a huge 10 people) and my account was disabled until they review it which takes one business day. Well its Sat. so now I either have to push back my entire social media campaign or my VIP clients are going to find out after the general public. Great work guys, maybe you could have verified my account in the 6 months I have had the app installed and not the moment I send out a campaign.

No support. No contact synching. Wouldn't let me send my first email at the very last minute after spending a ton of time setting it up due to some account issue that they wouldn't elaborate on. Nothing but frustration. Moving to Privy. Don't bother with these guys.

need coding experience, the worst customer service of my life. they won't help you AT ALL, they are slow to respond, and just refer you to the help center to figure it out yourself. The userability of the forms are also problematic as when using it, it would double up my logo and they were unable to help me resolve the issue
