I've used Klaviyo for the past couple of years and have always appreciated how user friendly it is. While working at DW Home, I've had an even better experience with my Customer Success Manager, Katelyn. She helps my team and I out whenever a problem arises or if we have any questions. I would highly recommend Klaviyo to anyone that owns a small or large business so you can truly measure the success of your emails and how much to invest in your business. This is a great tool that seamlessly integrated with Mailchimp so that I can now send customized automated emails to customers that sign up for email updates. It has create custom options and is very user friendly. There are great tutorials too. Definitely a great choice for email marketing.

Your content needs to be something that excites and interests your users when you're emailing, otherwise you'll be more readily considered spam than in other social media advertising forms.

We love Klaviyo and recommend it to every business owner using Shopify or other supported platform. Setting up automated flows is a must and it is great to see how much revenue each one brings in. We also love being able to target customers with personalised emails based on their shopping style.
I really like this software, it's great! The return on investment is superb, once setup it practically runs on its own & our customers love it! Wish all apps would be like this. One remark, I do feel like you need a decently running webshop for Klaviyo to do its magic.
An absolute no brainer for anyone starting a shopify store. There is no other app in the app store that will drive more sales than Klaviyo. Spend the time and set up the drip campaigns and collect the email address and you will increase your revenue, period.
So far so good, I really like the segmenting and it is easy to be up and running. I would recommend this app any day.
