Fantastic Email Marketing Manager. This replaced MailChimp immediately once we saw what we were missing out on. The Flows feature makes it incredibly easy to set up automated email campaigns that look fantastic. Integrates with all our desired analytics. Well done Klaviyo!
Just made the switch from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Klaviyo goes hands-down above and beyond what Mailchimp offers, with plenty of pre-made flows and templates to get you started. 100% recommended.

We've been flying a bit by the seat of our pants with our launch but everyday we are finding Klaviyo to be invaluable for our business and more importantly, for our customers!
Klaviyo is by far my preferred choice of email marketing service, and believe me, I have used most if not all of them. They provide pretty much the same services as others, but they do it through a better UI/UX and features that make sending emails out much easier. What really sets them apart is their customer service. I have spoken to a sales rep and technical support on their team over the phone. And they have been great to deal with every time.
Klaviyo is a leader in email marketing and has been great addition to my shopify marketing tools.
The drag and drop feature on both the automated flows and the email template has been very easy to use. Took me a few days to get the full platform all figured out but once I got passed the learning curve it's been awesome. I would definitely recommend Klaviyo to anyone.
