We use Klaviyo since we started 3 weeks ago. We already made some sales because of our flows we have created in Klaviyo. This app is more than just a email marketing app - the opportunites and chances a huge!
Fantastic app and love the integration with Shopify. Makes all the work a lot easier. Love that they also offer a good portion free to get started.
LOVE THIS APP! I was previously using Privy, and needed a way to set up automated email flows for welcome emails, and to filter users by country (e.g. To give new subscribers a welcome discount, then follow up if they had not used it yet, with prices in local currency). Klaviyo has been a great solution, for free. I found some parts challenging in the beginning such as accidentally deleting entire email flows and not being able to get them back, but once I got used to it, this app has been everything I wanted for managing customer lists and leaving automation to do the work!

I used this app one time and learning it was easy. It was more intuitive for me and made an email I am happy with. I set up the flows also but only in the past few days so I have no feedback.
