Birgt viel Potenzial und ist übersichtlich gestaltet
effortless sales thx
I love that the app is easy to use for beginners and how it's versatile. However, it took me a long time for me to finally get help from the support for the error that kept happening on my free plan. I couldn't get through the sales (phone and email) and support service because my free 60-day support access had ended. Although I had installed it more than 60 days prior, I only started using the actual app from 2 weeks ago. Ended up speaking with Shopify support to have them contact me.
Update:
Klaviyo reached out and resolve the issue; I am giving 4 stars to reflect the resolution. Thanks.

I subscribed paid plan on last Sunday for $100. I requested for a refund as I realized their UI isn't intuitive and they charge way more than other companies and I have not used for a single day. They just send me an email with their policy saying that they will NOT refund the money even after I explained to their support and the time of contact was within 5 mins of subscription. So tell me anyone who do not agree that this is their tactics that they want to suck all the money they can from new eCommerce store owners like me. Their support is poor and their product isn't as high performing like other people saids, and that's why they have no refund policy. If you are new to eCom business owners, I strongly advise you to stay away from Klaviyo, who does not give a dame about their customers or potential customers. They don't give money back for any reason, even if you have rigimate reason and contact you right away. Please don't get the idea of where people use for half of month and asking for a refund. I requested a refund 5 minutes after I realized their plan wouldn't work for my business. Be aware of this company who will suck your money out of you every chance they get. I would highly recommend Omnisend over Klaviyo and I would stop people from using Klaviyo. Amazed by their lack of professionalism and their policy who doesn't give a damn about people. 0 Star for this institute.

Easy and simple to use
Once you get it set up it's fantastic. If you're setting up your email marketing for the FIRST time, it will be much easier for you. If your technical experience is more limited and/or you're migrating from another ESP (mailchimp, etc.) just be forewarned, that things are NOT as plug-and-play as the Klaviyo sales people would like you to believe.
PROS: There is extensive klaviyo documentation on everything (but it's also a bit overwhelming).
Once you're on a paid plan you have 24/7 chat support which has mostly been really helpful.
There's an app/integration for almost everything - from reviews to rewards, etc. We were able to drop a couple of our paid apps and put those funds towards klaviyo which was great.
On the surface, the Email builder looks a lot like Mailchimp's, so I didn't expect to be too impressed. HOWEVER, it actually works SO. MUCH. BETTER. It really shines when it comes to customizing between desktop and mobile emails. (huzzah!)
CONS: If you (or your client) hasn't been SUPER organized about their email automations (flows), tags, etc., it can be a lot of work to organize all that in preparation to migrate.
Also, I don't think the onboarding instructions are a great as they could be. They try and get you all synced and integrated right away, but that can lead to missteps.
There are also quite a few technical steps to go through. While they try and make it as painless as possible, if you're new to this or thinking you're gonna get it all done in a day, you may find yourself a bit overwhelmed.
FINAL WORDS / PSA:
1) DO NOT SYNC YOUR CURRENT ESP (mailchimp, etc) with Klaviyo until AFTER you've done your list hygeine!! Lol -
2) Unless you have a simple list and minimal flows, don't expect to get this all done in a day. Give yourself time and grace, especially if this isn't your wheelhouse.
I've worked in at least a dozen ESP's over the past decade and I found this to be more of a challenge than I expected. That said, i'm SO GLAD we've made the move!
useful tool
Ótima opção pra quem quer fazer um e-mail marketing, já uso tem um tempo.
Yes, I recommend it to every business
Love the ease and compatibility of Klayvio with my Shopify store. I've been able to run my email marketing as a solopreneur and understand the analytics. If I could change one thing it would be an easier way to sort through uploaded photos, and how do we delete old photos we no longer want in the library? Otherwise, loving what it's doing for my business.
