Klaviyo is easy to use, professional and has a great starting program. Definitely try Klaviyo before others I think the integration and automation is the best I have tried so far.

Having used Klaviyo with Shopify Plus storefronts starting in 2019, I can certainly speak to both Klaviyo's current functionality and their track record of always improving. There are a few circumstances in which advanced functionality requested of me wasn't available through Klaviyo, but on the whole when working with Shopify as the storefront Klaviyo is almost more like a built-in solution than an add-on app with how tight & aligned the integration is. Advanced, store-specific asks have been possible through their developer documentation and in-house custom builds, and we're also very grateful to have a responsive, helpful CSM who advocates for our business needs when we want to innovate within the channel. No technology is perfect, but I've been able to see Klaviyo constantly improve which speaks to the tool's strength in build, support and commitment to its customers.

Klaviyo is a good tool to user for any e-commerce out there. The integration with Shopify is very good. I recommend. I like the sync between Shopify and Klaviyo.

Hands down, the easiest-to-use app I've ever encountered! Not only is it user-friendly, but their customer service is top-notch. I had a question late at night and was pleasantly surprised to find 24-hour support available. My recent chat with Pete was an absolute delight. He patiently walked me through everything I needed to know and even went above and beyond by providing a video tutorial during our chat. Talk about stellar service! Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for both simplicity and outstanding support.

Had this on multiple websites. Consolidated our websites earlier this month and tried to remove the app from the closed websites. Kept gettting an error. Reported it to Klaviyo. Help was slow and took several emails over several days to get a resolution. Was billled for two websites while waiting on further responses. Klaviyo refussed to refund charges on those despite having alerted them to the issue days earlier. They would rather lose 100% of my business then refund a charge for a service that is no longer wanted.

The app is difficult to remove and customer service is bad.

Listen folks. This one is the best. It may not have the best ratings, but that is because they are not actively trying to get them. But, it's the best one, so just get this one. Starting at free then $20 per month I don't know how it got its expensive reptuation. I get a 40-100x roas every month using klaviyo

Their support live chat team are so unbelievably helpful and walked me through any issues step by step, for someone who is not overly tech-y this is so helpful.
