We used this app to do multiple languages as well as multiple currencies. In trying to get our European store live, if we ran into issues or if I had questions on how to do certain things. LangShop support jumped right in and took care of us to ensure we could get the store live on time.

These guys are fabulous. The app is 100% worth it and the customer service is beyond anything I have seen. I have been with shopify for over 4 years now and have never come across such customer service. It's like these guys do not sleep. 100% recommend this app for your language needs.

全て英語になりますが、質問してからの対応がとても迅速丁寧で、文章だけの説明だけでなく、画像を使うなど視覚的にも分かり易く、信頼のおけるアプリだと思います。前回は評価4としましたが、今までのサービスに満足していることと、これからのサービスにも期待したいという気持ちを込め、満点の5に変更させていただきます。 （2020.11.24）商品を日本と海外にも販売するため、通貨変換のためLangShopアプリを使いましたが、円表記に少数点が表示されてしまいサポートデスクに相談したところ、すぐに対応いただけました。全て英語での対応にはなってしまうこと（-1ポイント）、現地との時差があるのでやりとりに若干時間を要しますが、対応はとてもスピーディーで満足のいくものでした。

The app is nice, but the support is worth more.I'm not good at English, but they understood and fixed the error perfectly.
英語のみで始めたサイトを別の言語に対応させるために使用しました。管理画面、プロ翻訳、CSVによるインポートそれぞれで翻訳が直感的にスムーズに進む仕組みが整っている。サポートも素早く丁寧で助かりました。なぜかエクセルで作成したcsvがうまくインポートできず、テンプレートなどがあれば助かりました。一番うれしいのはスプレッドシートのリンクを入力し、スプレッドシート上でリアルタイムに更新できると良いです。
