Good when it works. Unfortunately, this app occasionally suffers from spontaneous errors and bugs causing it not to work. It may run smoothly for months and then randomly break, leaving you no choice to manually create invoices until it is fixed.
When working, this app simplifies the process of integration into Lexware, easily creating invoices and documentation trails. The invoices can be downloaded with many customisable options including email follow-ups, exclusions and much more.
While the team are quick and good at communicating if an error or bug is happening and do work quickly to fix it (typically half a day), its dependability for commercial applications is somewhat concerning and leaves me unable to wholly recommend this app.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden und finden auch immer neue Funktionen. Wir würden es immer wieder einsetzten.
Wir benutzen diese Integration App schon seit 2023 für den automatisierten Export unserer Rechnungen von Shopify nach LexOffice speziell auch in Kombination mit der B2B App von Eshop-Guide.
Wir sind sehr zu frieden mit diesem Workflow, auch der technische Support ist ausgezeichnet und reagiert immer sehr zeitnah, weiter so.
Super gute Unterstützung und sehr professionell in der Umsetzung. Analena Kluge ist sehr freundlich und löst alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Ich bin wirklich traurig das ich nicht eher zu Lexware gewechselt habe.
Vor allem in verbindung mit Shopify ist es wirklich eine ungeheure Zeitersparnis. Das Programm ist übersichtlich und sehr leicht zu verstehen.
Jetzt noch ein Warenwirtschaftssystem und es ginge nicht besser!
