A great syncing app for eBay & OnBuy, for me. I had a few issues with OnBuy. But Harvey has been great with the tech team to investigate all the issues. And getting them fixed. Highly recommended.
Best app for integration i have come across so far! Once you learn the system, listing on selling channels becomes an easy task! We are currently using this to link with ebay, etsy and amazon. Will be adding tiktok and google shopping soon. Customer service is great, they always deal with any problems in short period of time. They are always very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend.

Amazing and patient customer service team.
We tried several different sync systems to connect shopify with etsy (and others soon!).
Litcommerce worked the best, mainly because the customer service is stellar. The team there have been so helpful in explaining how things work, pointing out issues and generally being around to make things work smoothly.

Had an issue that I needed to contact support over, and Jessica managed to solve our issue within minutes. Since eBay stopped their own support, we've struggled to find a decent replacement, but Litcommerce has made selling on eBay much easier than other apps.
So, I had a couple of onboarding issues, however the online support has been fabulous. All good to go now, I will continue to monitor performance now we are up and running.
