We have found this app to be pretty powerful, but there are add-ons that you may need which are additional monthly fees. The app is pretty intuitive.

Seamus was a huge help! We were having some issues with some features on LiveChat and he took so much time to help me figure out what was causing it. He gave me step by step instructions on different troubleshooting options until we finally found the issue. It ended up being a quick and easy fix!! Everything is working the way it should now! Thank you again for your help!

App is easy and convenient for customers to use, makes it easy to assist by showing exactly all relevant information, including their recently viewed store pages and products, as well as what's in their cart. LiveChat customer support is prompt and friendly, Grzesiek solved our problem immediately!

Great app that works out of the box, but can also be customized to match our site's look + feel. Allows our CX team to handle multiple chats at once, tag for solid reporting, and then track sales for customers that interact with chat.

Linking LiveChat to our Shopify store was very simple to set up, and the tools we use to help our customers were simple and intuitive to use from day 1. The Automations available through LiveChat have raised our customer service levels, allowing us to send the right message, to the right customer at the right time.
