Loox has been nothing but amazing to us! The product has changed and grown so much since we first downloaded it. We ues a lot of the features and they have certainly brought us extra income. The UI is also very clean and easy to understand for both internal usage and customer facing.

The app is not only helpful for my business, but the customer service is excellent. Jemuel was able to quickly help me with an issue I was having, and provided screenshots to walk me through how to resolve it. I’m thrilled with this app! It offers outstanding value for money and is incredibly reliable. New tools and features are regularly added, keeping it fresh and functional. 1. In the invitation comment function, I set it to invite customers to comment 3 days after the "Delivery" of the order. I cannot know what the invitation comment email sent to the customer looks like, nor can I customize the content of the email. 2. There are no online customers. Support means that you encountered a problem at that time and could not solve it in time. You can only wait for the slow email contact. 3. Most functions do not have a preview function, which makes it difficult to use, such as testing to send preview emails, etc. I am going to change it. app, the key is this app The price quoted is not cheap, and many functions do not even provide the most basic guidance, which is very disappointing.
