Loox itself is an amazing app for showcasing customer reviews. It's user-friendly, customizable and offers a wide range of features that make managing and displaying reviews a breeze. Amazing user experience, i like the new upsell feature, consider cross selling feature too, would be useful, great app. i wish they didn't increase the price from 10 to 15 though
Love this app! Once you set it up and test a few subject lines the reviews start to come in.
Also love that you can request reviews from previous orders, especially handy if you have a new store looking to start building up reviews.

I love this app, so good. I was able to setup my new shop and import reviews from previous site and ive run several campaign's since to collect reviews from existing customers and reward them with small discounts. The reviews look great on the my site and when coupled with a reviewers photo I think its very powerful.
