loox is good a little confusing at first but amazing. it offers a lot more than just reviews and lots off cool futures such as upsell

it has alot of cool features but the powered by loox marker is annoying and it doesn't seem like you can get rid of it
Everything works great and total number of reviews are way up, except there are a few too many features that you can only access at more expensive subscriptions.
its difficult to navigate, i wish someone would reach out and offer help after being idle for at least five mins
