I have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Loox. The technical support team lacks initiative and seems unwilling to go the extra mile to assist their clients. Despite having the capability to offer better solutions, they prefer to take the easy way out, leaving customers to deal with cumbersome workarounds. Overall, the support and service have been subpar and have not met our expectations.

Does the job. Pretty easy to install ourselves without developer. Can easily mak adjustments to it. Rssponsive customer service.
Great app to use has helped my business grow.
I do not recommend this app. Every time I try to filter reviews for products, it gives me a loading error. I have to cancel the product download and re-download it, and even then, this doesn't always work.

You've introduced an incredibly expensive scaling fee, and we're paying you more than we pay for Shopify infrastructure. Something like this is never acceptable. I'm deleting the app before the last day and moving to a different app. I don't think I'll use it anymore

The support is simply amazing, I've never experienced anything so fast. Super nice and competent. I had a small problem with my rating display and wrote to support about it. Within a very short time, a member of staff called Liz got in touch and helped me straight away. Very high praise from me. Simply TOP
There are some features that are not available in this app but they are helpful. It takes time to understand the add deeply, I find. You would need to find some time to understand it to use for what you want. This does not mean that it is difficult to use. Probably I just know what I want.
Loox makes adding and customizing reviews through out your store simple and easy, and the service is fantastic. Big shout out to Jodel, customer service team lead, who remained accessible even over the weekend and provided clear, fool proof help with understanding how to navigate loox. Thanks a million to Jodel and the Loox team :)
