Shany was a huge help -- quickly spun up some custom functionality for our store. It was fast, exactly what we needed, and they had great communication during it!
This is not the first time I choose Loox Products Reviews. I have been using this excellent application in my other shopify stores as well. There are a few reasons why I like it - 1) it’s relatively simple to use, 2) it give gives me relatively a lot of control over the way the reviews are displayed, and 3) I can always count on the support staff to reply to emails relatively fast and solve most issues. For example, recently Tamarry did a perfect job setting up what I requested. They are always happy to help which is what customers love. Thank you!
