I had a problem with my reviews, and got in touch with jemuel form luux support team. He helped me immediately with my problem and it got fixed with in an hour.
The reviews also looks good in my webshop
I had issues with the rating widget not beign shown in my store, even though I added it, so I contacted the support team and Ellison, one of the members, guided me through the solution and, in a couple hours I solved my issue. Thanks again Ellison!

Im no longer using the app i unnistall multiple times and, even after that comes to me a bill with 13,99 from this app, what is going on??

Sometimes, app charges are automatically triggered before an app is uninstalled. While Shopify stops all future charges for the app, it will not stop any pending charges that have already been created.
I’ve reached out to you privately through our support email to refund you for this charge, and I would be happy to continue the conversation there!
I haven't been here long enough to say but so far so good. In the first 10 minutes, I got 20 reviews on my product so that is one more thing checked off the list thanks to Loox.
