It's a fantastic review app that I have used. It's the best of the best. The customer support is very nice and helpful. They quickly assisted me in resolving an issue with displaying the rating. Thank you so much.

Be carefull they take a lot of money for displaying only review, I have been charged 700 EURO A MONTH without any warning

I have used loox across three stores and I love it.
Excellent bit of software that makes it very easy to set up import reviews and configure behaviours.
this was a lot easier than I was expecting it took a moment to find the bar to upload when that was done correctly the store was loaded with product reviews.
We love our Loox Reviews and hope y'all know how great of a job you have done with this company. You have been a key part of our success. The superb UX and collection process has resulted in Mermaid Wax having more overall reviews than ALL of the other companies in our industry COMBINED! This has happened with your help (which has been key) even though we are just 5 years old while many in the industry have been around before the internet. No shxx! Woohoo, can't thank you all enough <3
