Love the Loox app! So many great features. I love that you're able to customize the review emails and the upsell offers are a wonderful addition. We just installed the app a couple of weeks ago and have already had customers redeem their upsell offers after checkout increasing our AOV. Keep up the good work guys!

Once Loox is uninstalled in your stores, you shouldn't receive additional charges. You might see charges that were created before the app was removed, which are included in your current invoice.
