I had an issue recently and Arielle from Loox Support sorted it out quickly and efficiently. She was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. The app itself is excellent—reliable, well-designed, and adds great value to our store. Bit of a no-brainer really.

We recently moved from a super clunky referral platform. It was hard to use and never looked good therefore never delivered any ROI for us. We launched Loox quickly and really easily - it looked attractive and was easy to use with templates and support. We received over 40 reviews in the first week which was amazing to understand customer feedback but also to quickly populate our website with some amazing reviews & photos.
