i am dissapointed.. most of the reviews dont tranfer and one them it mentioned the price and I cannot take it out so not so happy

Hello Loox team, i have installed this app on 19th August 2020 and deleted in this app within the trial period, but i charged for $30 for this. According to the trial, I should not be charged when the app is in the trial period but you charge me, please take this into consideration and refund the amount.
I don't want to use this app.

Not recommended! Wasted $9.99 for 3 mins then deleted for good! Can't edit review. Ryviu done much better job even with free plan

Desinstalei e meu tema está bugado por conta disso, agora eu instalei outro app e o loox não sai da minha página de produto.
The import from aliexpress doesn't work for me :/ I added the URL to Chrome but when I click It send me to Loox setting but i want to import the review
You need to instal a second app, to do, what you need + you still need to pay 10$ + also to the other app

I'm truly sorry to hear your experience with Loox was not as you expected.
Loox offers many different features to our merchants such as the collection of reviews, the presentation of the reviews in the many different designed widgets, referrals, and also the new upsell feature that is open for now for free for all merchants.
While we don't translate reviews to multiple languages on our side, we created the integration with Weglot, which translates the reviews to the language of the specific store visitor.
This integration is available to merchants that installed Loox and Weglot in their stores.
