Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great and fast technical support. Like all applications, at the beginning you have to ask for help from support since you need adaptations with your theme, do not be scared, contact them and in a matter of hours you have it solved. In prestashop you could be waiting for the app technician for 2 weeks without answers. As for opinions, I've been in use for a few days but it's going great and it's optimized so that the web is just as fluid as when you don't have the app. Very good job, I could only ask that the essential and basic options be merged since a freelancer is a bit expensive to pay more than 10 euros per month, otherwise, fantastic work, thanks Loox.

Great app, and more importantly great service. we needed online support and Ms. Aya from the Customer Support, did an amazing job for us, helping us with setting up one of the widgets on our store, from her side. It was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend using this app

Sehr einfache Integrierung in das Theme. Die App hält das was sie verspricht, dass einzige Mako, wäre die Darstellung hier ist man etwas eingeschränkt.

I've just started using Loox and i already love it! Its so simple to set up and integrate into my store, i don't know why it took me so long to do this! If you're on the fence just install it for the two week trial. I know once i get reviews from my customers which are showing up on my store that this is going to be the deciding factor on whether they buy or not. Thankyou!

Molto utile

It's amazing how much better this review app is than any other we tried! We struggled to get reviews on the site even though we got messages, emails, etc thanking us for our excellent products. We connected Loox and BAM! Now we have lots of reviews for nearly all of our products, more coming in daily! Amazing! It's probably due to the follow-up methods it employs. Whatever works man. We couldn't be happier!

Sooooo after using LOOX for a few months I got sold on Okendo and it was a terrible decision. Getting reviews on the Okendo platform was a nightmare. I think we had 5 reviews over a 90 period while testing Okendo. I switched back to LOOX and we're getting 2-3 reviews per day plus the tool is sooooo easy to use. The CX team can help with adding the rating widgets to pages that need some coding and they reply insanely fast. The price is also right. I LOVE LOOX and would recommend it to any early-stage ecomm founders and teams.
