This review pains me because loox has been such an instrumental part in my companies growth but their is a horrendous referral glitch that has cost my company over 50,000 in free sales this month. Upon further review these were mainly fraudulent. I have begged loox to turn off the referral feature but they said it is not possible. I have two companies both doing well over a million a month and am going to hope that writing negative reviews actually will get some traction. You guys used to rock but need to address this issue as it is costing my company far too much money.

Referral discount codes that were created can still be used in your store even after disabling the referral program and need to be manually deactivated within Shopify.

I moved over to Loox from another review service a while back and the experience has been very smooth ever since. Everything is pretty straightforward and the extra features are great. I needed some help implementing custom code snippets into my theme and Shany took care of it in no time.

The only thing that I would like to see improved at the moment is their relatively new smart upsell feature. The metrics interface is limited and there are minimal options for tweaking.

Loox is awesome. Only had it installed for a few weeks and already have 8 product reviews, plus upsells. Ken at Loox support has been very helpful in setting up my site with review widgets, etc.

Loox has been a fantastic addition to my store so far. Their customer service is super fast and incredibly helpful!

Tal, Ariel, and Ken went above and beyond to help us set up and confirm the Google Rating integration.

Mary and Molly were also amazing with the video reviews integration, even though the theme didn’t allow adding sections, they found a great workaround and made sure everything looked perfect.

Highly recommend Loox not just for its features, but for support team behind it!

Loving the app so far! Customer service is exceptional, I had a specific request for the way I wanted the Loox widget to show up on my site and it was handled and done for me no questions asked, and very quickly as well. Big thank you to Arielle B, who helped me with this issue :)

We had serious issue with the theme code that was interfering with LOOX and Molly K fixed it in no time. Loox support is very, very high quality!

Really happy with Loox so far. It has essential things I need:

- Multi lingual reviews
- Unlimited review requests
- Offer incentives for reviews that lead to more sales
- Bonus upsell feature (which means I stopped a different app)

Great support too, Dolev fixed an issue with our collections. Molly helped with our bonus review emails.

Highly recommended!

I was really excited about Loox at first - it seemed like the perfect fit.
The design is clean and it looks great on-site, but once it’s set up, the functionality just isn’t where I expected it to be. It’s not intuitive to manage ongoing review requests, and I couldn't easily see who had received emails or who was still in the queue. For the price, I expected more visibility and control. It’s a good-looking tool, but lacks too many basics to justify the cost long-term.

Review request emails can be managed from the Orders page of your Loox admin.

I was having trouble importing the reviews using a custom file, but Ken S replied to my email right away with very helpful advice. I followed his steps and was able to successfully import the reviews—problem solved! Honestly, I didn’t expect the issue to be resolved so smoothly. Thanks again!
