I really like this app not just for its great features but also for the customer service that I’ve received. I had a problem with some reviews on my store so I emailed the help team and got put in touch with Jodel. I have used loox across three stores and I love it.
Was stuck with adding reviews to my website featured collection and product collections. Liz responded quickly on a Sunday! Managed to fix the problem almost immediately. Amazing customer service!
