Best Review app I have used. I have tried several before and this is the one perfect for my store. Very flexible and easy to use and the reviews can be set in shop sales channels, also social medias. Very useful.

I have severe allergies and i tried the sensitive serum
and it was amazing the next day i was amazing the redness was down and by the 3rd day was gone.

Having moved over from Judge.Me because of frustrations with performance and customer service, the difference was immediately apparent with Loox. Set-up is easy, the widgets look great, but most of all I received excellent customer support in setting up my account - particular praise should go to Tal, who replied promptly to each query and was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful - he deserves recognition for going above and beyond to help me.

Switched over from Judge.me - mainly for the superior design, and I'm really liking it so far!
Convenient, visually uncluttered, and great customer support. Ran into an issue importing older reviews, which was promptly resolved (thanks, Ed!)

So far I give it a 4 only do to the initial response time from customer service. I requested assistance and got a response right away, but my case was escalated and I didn’t hear back for days. I needed to make a decision and move forward. However, once I was out into contact with Sara F. And Rotem, they were very helpful and timely in their responses. 5 stars for the reviews already coming in and their assistance, but I do think there is room for improvements based on ability to customize without having to go through support. - so that is why 4 stars.

Arielle done an amazing job and was a very helpful person. I had a couple problems with reviews not showing but Arielle was incredible and helped me resolve this issue promptly.
