Amazing app and support. Loox drives a lot of sales for my brand, it very intuitive and generates reviews like crazy
I'm absolutely satisfied with loox.
I used Judge.me for a few months but the review request email design was horrible. Then I tried stamped.io which was way too complicated and hard to handle.

We love the user generated reviews from Loox - such a great app to drive loyalty! We have certainly found and increase in purchase behaviour since implementing Loox on our store.
Overall, I'm quite pleased. Customer service has been top notch, a rarity I'm finding with the App Store. I wish the customer reviews were sortable as our reviews are excellent, but I think you either choose a sortable-review app, or the visual one. If the latter, can't beat Loox.
