This help is really good! The reviews with photos plus automation of review request helps a lot to get people write reviews back. This way reviews are mostly collected than rather to ask manually.

The Loox customer service is excellent! I had a change I wanted to make to the product page code regarding the placement of the reviews and they were able to do it for me just as I asked. They responded to my request and completed the change with just a few hours.
