The customer service is great. I wanted something installed and I message them on the 9th of March and they got back to me the same day and my task was completed the next day. I wish other app team members would work and respond that quickly.
I have been using Loox for several months now and absolutely love the easy functionality of the app. I have also been in contact with the support team a few times with questions about adding widgets in different places as I was having trouble and their support team were super fast too attend to my problem and even logged in an fixed it for me. Highly recommend this app for your eComm store
