I've been using Loox for over two years. I love how easy it is to use and integrate into my store. The branding and email element is seamless; if I've had any issues, the CS team has been helpful.
I would love to see some more ways of displaying my reviews on my store in the future. A way to add some more customisations and branding in the Shopify editor would be awesome!
