Highly Recommended! Cool features! Easy to use. Clean layouts. Customers can leave video and pics reviews. There's also customer referrals and now they have upsell. They're always adding new features, so you don't have to install too many apps. I hope they give an option to add more than 1 product for upsell. So in case that product is sold out, it will automatically show another product. Or show different products randomly for upsell. It's just a feedback. I know Upsell is a new feature.

All I can say is that Loox is a game changer and a must have for any store! Being able to have social proof and the ability to offer coupons for customers to submit photos is key! Here's a hint..... the fastest way to get the initial reviews and especially those most important photos is to offer them a discount coupon that is impressive. Don't mess around with 15-20% coupons but offer them something like 35% Most won't turn that down, and you can then lower it once you have some social proof, which is priceless!
