This app is such a great addition for my business! Highly recommend for any other business as this has helped drive my sales up!
Honestly just doing it for dropshipping and so far so good. i think it's a great service and i wouldnt really change anything about it.
The best part about Loox is that it has a very modern design and displays a lot of reviews on one page showcasing photos. It's also easy to leave reviews on mobile devices making it easy for consumers to leave reviews.
There isn't as many features as some of the other review programs I've tried, but it has all of the necessary things that you need to gather reviews and display them in a nice way.
The support is also really great.

I love Loox! I use it for both of my businesses and it really helps with conversions. I like that it automatically sends review request emails and reminders based on when the orders were delivered, and I do not have to send them manually. I needed help moving the stars review widget on my product page today and got a response from Jemuel via email who solved the issue himself very quickly. The only thing I can think of that I do wish they had there were some more tips on how to get reviews easier. Overall, I highly recommend using Loox!
There are a few things to criticise about the app, such as: the pricing, the lack of support for custom CSS, the integration via iFrame, which is somewhat outdated, the bad Mail templates and a few other issues that competitors do better. But: the developers has contacted us in the meantime and asked about the change requests and the criticism. We find this very positive. When the changes come, we will gladly change our rating as well ...

I'm truly sorry to hear your experience with Loox was not as you expected.
Generally speaking, Loox offers various plans to accommodate stores of all sizes and budgets. From just stores starting out all the way to tens of thousands of orders a month.
Keeping the app user-friendly and easy to use, we offer many customization options that are easier to use, but might not offer full custom CSS.
We have released a lot of features in recent years, including various customization options for both displaying reviews and collecting reviews via email, which I could see you have not implemented in your account yet. I’d be more than happy to help you find customizations that work for your brand.
In regards to cropping Images, Loox does not support changing customers’ reviews, hence editing the customers' photos in this manner is not possible.
In any case, I've personally reached out to you through our support email to elaborate further on a few of our available features.
