Mara was excellent with helping me figure out the issue I was having. It turned out it wasn't really an issue, but just I was looking in the wrong place. I filled out their contact form and was contacted in less than an hour. Best Review App on the shopify Store, although the translations are done manually which is kinda annoying, but either way its still the top choice for reviews.
