I was hesitant to add the app to my shop. It took awhile for me to learn how to use the app to my advantage. But, I must write that throughout my frustration the staff at Loox was exceptional, courteous, and informative. I was going to give up, but they continuously reached out to correct my mistakes. Words cannot describe the pleasure and ease to work with the customer service. I love looking through my review page. Thank you,
