Arielle done an amazing job and was a very helpful person. I had a couple problems with reviews not showing but Arielle was incredible and helped me resolve this issue promptly.

worst app ever with bad customer support, have been a loyal customer for 1 year. When my no. of orders started to finally increase got no support from your team kept getting the same email, hidden charges were there using other review apps now

1) Widgets are super slow to load on your website, leaving a blank space during up to several second before they appear. I contacted customer service, who are nice people.
But 15 days later the issue still isn't resolved. They only suggested I speed up my website. BUT my website is already fast and it wouldn't solve the issue anyway because the delay appears after the website is loaded. Disappointed.
2) Also, the UX on the back-end is quite terrible.

Loox is built with performance in mind and utilizes a CDN (content delivery network) to serve scripts and photos. In addition, to make sure Loox elements don't affect your loading times, Loox only starts loading after the page is fully loaded. Regarding UX, we pride ourselves on our user-friendly, set-and-forget admin. Edit: how convenient, they only addressed one out of 4 issues that I brought up in their reply. Now they offer me 30% off the money-pit scale plan lol. The app didn’t work total of 3 weeks out of two months now. We’re already with Judge.me $15 unlimited everything. Cheers!

We’ve used this app for two months out of which it hasn’t worked for two weeks. I keep getting maxed out quota notifications on 20 emails sent out, despite the limit being 100. Your pos orders will apply the the 500 order limit, even tho no email provided so there will never be a review from those. Some guy Rotem said he fixed it, but here were a month later with same issue. Also takes them a week to fix anything. Switching asap.

Review collection is working very well, around 25% response rate which seems to be higher than with our previous app. Supportive staff in case of any questions although there is no realtime chat unfortunately
