We have been using this software for a long time, and their functions are also updated with the times. Recently, I encountered a problem with the upsell function settings. Liz responded to my question very quickly. I recommend this software to you.
easy set up, great customer service with fast response rate, and their upsell program is great! It's automated and really helps generate a ton of revenue. My customers have spent an extra $1000 in my shop this week thanks to loox. And I just installed this app a week ago. The reviews are coming in twice as fast too. I highly reccomend Loox!

I really like this app not just for its great features but also for the customer service that I’ve received. I had a problem with some reviews on my store so I emailed the help team and got put in touch with Jodel. He replied as soon as he could and after a couple conversations my problem was resolved straight away. I would really recommend this app if you ever have trouble with your stores. Jamie.

Jemuel was a great help, he solved my problem in minutes. I do not recommend Elison however, because we chatted back and forth 20 times and my problem was not solved but she seemed nice.
So far I'm really liking the app, it's easy enough to use and when I did have an issue, the customer support team were quick to respond and helped me fix the issue. It's great having the reviews so visible on the website.
