Best app for getting your social proof you are looking for, especially for new shops as you can import existing reviews of the product with an easy in-build process. This app is worth every $.

It's said that any polished enough tech is indistinguishable from magic. Well, this app is so well thought out and has so many incredibly good and surprisingly effective things going on completely "hands-off" that there's no other qualifying word I can think to attach to it.
Don't make my mistake and do take customer reviews seriously. Metrics don't lie, and it's been a night and day difference. My biggest regret is not adding reviews from the beginning but on the bright side, I'm pretty sure I couldn't have gotten something as good as this app back then.

The support is simply amazing, I've never experienced anything so fast. Super nice and competent. I had a small problem with my rating display and wrote to support about it. Within a very short time, a member of staff called Liz got in touch and helped me straight away. Very high praise from me. Simply TOP

more options for the scale plan. i'm at the point to scale it's just very pricey if your just getting started. But again lots of small companies rely on the connectivity of shopify and google and to have to pay for a premium upgrade might not help us grow

This is not the first time I choose Loox Products Reviews. I have been using this excellent application in my other shopify stores as well. There are a few reasons why I like it - 1) it’s relatively simple to use, 2) it give gives me relatively a lot of control over the way the reviews are displayed, and 3) I can always count on the support staff to reply to emails relatively fast and solve most issues. For example, recently Tamarry did a perfect job setting up what I requested. They are always happy to help which is what customers love. Thank you!

Does the job. Pretty easy to install ourselves without developer. Can easily mak adjustments to it. Rssponsive customer service.

I had an issue with adjusting the background color of the product review widget, and Laurence did an amazing job helping me to fix this. He was very helpful and responsive, and now I'm happy with the background color!
