Great app have been using this for many months now.
Very helpful staff sorted out a small issue i had.
Only wish some more features are available on the basic plan - Your features are available depending on how many sales you make and therefore what tier you choose. If we are paying for a plan based on our number of sales, why have more features for only sellers who sell more? Seems unfair.
App is great - really adds to my site and customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend!
After using every other reviews app I can say loox is the easiest to set up and use. I don't even know if it works and it is still better than the rest. The price is right too. There is no reason to use any other review app anymore. I am angry I tried this last
