There's a difference from Customer Support and carrying out a ticket for a customer for almost 2 weeks just because he keeps wanting to make changes. The fact that Loox support team was continuing to help me on all the changes I wanted to make for that long, and was more than happy and even willing to ask if I wanted more assistance after that, speaks volumes for how Astonishing there customer support team is!
