Worst app ever, when you choise a low star raiting in their app, they send you to a feedback page, but when you choose a higher star they send you here. Dont use this app they will over charge you!

Awesome Customer Support and Special Thanks to Arielle, we were able to make small modified changes to our review design that aligns with our branding. It really makes a difference. Been using this app for years now across multiple stores and they always provide a very good service.
Love the Loox app! So many great features. I love that you're able to customize the review emails and the upsell offers are a wonderful addition. We just installed the app a couple of weeks ago and have already had customers redeem their upsell offers after checkout increasing our AOV. Keep up the good work guys!
In my experience so far, the loox app doesn't cause as much page load delay as competitors like Yotpo. It's also slick and looks great.
They also have great support. Hats of Tal and Shany for fixing my issues and helping recover lost reviews. They really go above and beyond.
Really intuitive and easy to use/change details. Would highly recommend. We are not getting more reviews on our store and more positive feedback

I've just installed Loox on my website with the help from the support team from Loox. The support provided by Lilach from Loox Support team was excellent. I highly recommend this app!
more options for the scale plan. i'm at the point to scale it's just very pricey if your just getting started. But again lots of small companies rely on the connectivity of shopify and google and to have to pay for a premium upgrade might not help us grow
