They are fast and correct. Really perfect!!!!
This app is messing with my Google Shopping conversion tracking. I don't recommend the upsell feature because it interferes with the conversion on the thank you page, since not all customers are visiting the thank you page after the upsell page appears.

Loox has increased the number of customers leaving reviews, period. It was easy to install and implement, and the emails sent post-purchase to solicit reviews work. Jemuel was a great help, he solved my problem in minutes. I do not recommend Elison however, because we chatted back and forth 20 times and my problem was not solved but she seemed nice.
