I like Loox, especially for gathering reviews. Wish was for more customization of the review process.
Fairly easy to set up and generated new reviews immediately! Not sure how to integrate with our subscriptions (referral rewards) but hope to figure it out.

the app is fast and easy to use, your able to grab reviews from mostly anywhere wich makes it better for my business.
Easy integration, simple to setup. Still not seeing it in certain spots on my store, otherwise this is a 5*. I'm sure I just need to do some more work to make it work properly.
