So far, so good! The app is quite easy to use, and the support is very good and lightning-fast! I had some trouble getting everything set up, but thanks in particular to David, Ilan and Lilach all was working fine in no time.
Great customer service. I just installed the app and had trouble changing the colour of the text beside the star ratings widget. Chester was able to help me out and edited some of the back end coding for me which was really helpful for someone who knows nothing about coding.
