I absolutely love this app, it is easy to use and track. The reviews display beautifully on the website and it's got lots of added benefits. It is a bit pricey but worth it in the end.
I think it is only right that I leave a review of the app that gets me reviews! As a shopify store owner, conversion is everything and having especially video/ photo review functionality is imperative for this. With the added fact that these reviews literally dance around your store it has truly helped with my conversions and I would definitely recommend this app to those who are struggling to convert store sessions into actual sales. Its a yes from me.
Support is good, app is easy to use. I recommend it. Easy to import reviews from Ali Express as well.

Easy to use. I never have any issues.
I have been looking to add a customer review app to my store for some time and I know specifically what I want. Some other apps I explored do not have pictures function and only words but what online buyers now want is to be able to see real life pics and they do not bother to read so much text. But if you have pictures to catch their attention first, yes they will be more willing to read the reviews. That's the whole point actually...to create that trust. Also I wanted something neat and in a row...in conclusion after my market searching, only Loox fits the bill and I went ahead to purchase it.
What even better is their support response is very fast and very helpful. As usual, I know what I want and specifically knew where to place my customer reviews, I want it to be above recommended products. But I am not good with coding but only an email to the support, the next thing I refresh my store, the problem is already Fix! And for $4.99 per month, it's a STEAL!
If you gonna have a customer review app, it is Loox only for me.
