I had a problem with adding a feature to my store and i contacted with the support team. Jodel from the team responded to me back immediately and fixed the problem in minutes. Appreciate for the help! Happy to work with Loox :)
Love Loox! It really adds much better social proof than you get with regular old text reviews and the customers love showing off their new stuff! The only thing I'd like to see added is the ability to offer a gift card or $$ off instead of just percentage discounts. Maybe we'll see that added soon! :)

Just want to stress how freaking awesome the support team is at Loox. Best customer service ever, they helped me migrate an entire store's worth of reviews to a new store. This is my favorite Shopify app!

I love this all-in-one review app! It is the perfect tool for me to organize my reviews from different places and find all the information I need quickly and easily. I like how the app organizes the reviews in a neat and easy-to-navigate layout, making it easy to sort through. I also appreciate the robust search function, which allows me to find reviews on whatever topic I need. Finally, the app is highly secure and keeps my reviews private and protected. I definitely recommend this app!
