My review is not so much about the app itself as it is about the team.
First of all, it is the best review app. The coolest widget, the functionality, and the different extras. But also a very important aspect is the people.
I had a non-standard situation regarding the subscription, as I have my store used as a case in my portfolio, and the Loox team went ahead and completely helped me with the issue by providing an additional free subscription.
Special thanks to Lilach for the technical implementation of this feature.
I want to say that apart from the application itself and the functionality, and it's on the top level here, people are also important - namely the team.
In case of any questions they are 100% ready to help: quickly, immediately, and without any buts. This is a great service! 5 stars!
Loox was recommended to me by someone I trust. I looked around, and still came back to it. It is well designed, and lets you get started inexpensively. I do want all the features, but will have to wait till sales justify it. :)

Lovely app to use for reviews. I had some issue with the widget not displaying properly and got in touch with Mara and she solved it very quickly for me. Thank you so much for a fantastic customer sevice.
This app is just amazing. I switched from another app that did the job, but Loox takes everything to a higher level. Reviews look amazing and customers love to add pictures of their items! My only minor complaint is the surprising inability to set a minimum purchase amount for a fixed rate discount.
